The apartment is located in the heart of Berlin directly at U-and S-Bahn station Jannowitzbrücke. In 10 minutes or one station you can reach Alexanderplatz where you have access to many underground, suburban rail and regional train lines as well as to trams and busses. There are direct connections to the Tegel and Schönefeld airports.

  

Many of the most important places of interest are no more than 15 minutes walk away. These include the TV-Tower, Rotes Rathaus, Nikolaiviertel, Schlossplatz, Berliner Dom, the Museumsinsel and the Deutsche Historische Museum or Sealife Center. Opposite of the building is the shopping center Alexa, close are also the historic Karl-Marx-Allee and Märkisches Museum. A supermarket and playgrounds are directly at the building .

»  Holiday apartment

The apartment is located on the 11th floor in an apartment house with 18 floors. With one of the fast lifts you enter the apartment which has two bedrooms, bathroom and a lounge with kitchen. The flat is fully furnished and equipped for both short breaks and longer stays. From the lounge and the bedrooms you have a nice view over the capital. One bedroom with a balcony has a double bad, the other one a double and one single bed, or if you like three single beds. TV and radio are provided in the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge, coffee machine, toaster and everything you´ll need for cooking. A tiled bathroom complete with hair dryer also await you on your arrival.
